Not everything is an event. Some things are one on one.
Beyond group meetups, your community can offer individual sessions: therapy, coaching or private classes. Each slot is booked by a single person, and only the two of you see the appointment details.
In person
Face to face, at the place you drop on the map.
At the client’s place
You travel to whoever booked, within the radius in kilometres you set.
Phone
By call. You reach out to the person at the booked time.
For at-home sessions the map marks your coverage area, not an address to turn up at. The app does not charge travel separately: either it is included in the price or you agree it between you.

Create the service
Give it a cover and a name, pick the length (30, 45, 60 or 90 min) and the price per session.

Open your slots
Add single slots or repeat them weekly: Monday to Friday, at the times you choose.

Take the booking
Whoever books gets the appointment details: link, address or phone, depending on the format.
Booking is free by default. To charge for your sessions you need paid Premium and a verified community; payments run through Stripe (4% fee) and stay separate from your subscription.

Accessibility, trait by trait
No blanket “accessible” tick, which promises something nobody can verify. You mark only what you can guarantee, and whoever books decides with that list in front of them.
Which traits you can declare depends on where the session happens: at your venue all of them apply; at the client’s place or remotely, only the ones that make sense. Declaring them is optional.

Appointment details are requested at booking
Phone number for phone, in-person and at-home sessions; address only for at-home. Only the provider sees them, and only once the booking is confirmed. When the slot is released, they are deleted.
